Portion Control – The Easy-Does-It Way

Let’s face it – it’s easy to feel picked on if you’re serious about a portion control diet. In fact, eating the right portion size is one of the hardest things about dieting. You can spend hours, or even days, reading all the available literature about the right foods to eat.
But will you lose weight if you eat too much, even too much of the right foods? Unfortunately, no.
In fact, reading to find exactly the right diet can actually be kind of fun. Authors of most diet books put a lot of effort into making the whole process seem do-able. They want you to succeed, just as much as you do.
But what these authors can’t overcome is the feeling of being picked on when you sit down at the table with food sitting in front of you that you can’t eat. Author Jonni Good figured out a way to make portion control easy. She realized that it’s almost impossible to turn down a larger helping of your favorite food when it’s
Just like the frozen diet meals you buy at the store, only better tasting, and without all the weird chemicals. And with lots more veggies, vitamins, and fiber. Your own home-cooked frozen meals even help you save money, too.
Portion control made easy, so you don’t feel picked on when you sit down for your meal.
